By accessing seabu.digital and enrolling in programs offered by Seabu Digital, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. These terms apply to visitors, prospective students, enrolled participants, and organizational buyers in the Republic of Korea and elsewhere.

Seabu Digital provides online and live training related to LinkedIn lead targeting, marketing operations, and related professional education. Course descriptions, schedules, and pricing on the website are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment instructions are completed per your invoice or registration agreement.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials where applicable, and use course materials only for internal professional development unless a separate license is granted. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share course materials, recordings, or templates without written permission.

All content on this website — including curricula, templates, graphics, and text — is owned by Seabu Digital or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal or internal business learning during and after your enrolled program, subject to these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in the Republic of Korea, Seabu Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or courses. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific enrollment shall not exceed the fees paid for that enrollment in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Incheon, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive behavior toward staff or participants, or non-payment. You may stop using the website at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email when practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
