We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, company), communication content from forms, technical data (IP address, browser type, device), usage data (pages visited, time on site), and enrollment-related data when you register for courses.

Data is processed to respond to inquiries, deliver training, improve our website, send service-related messages, meet legal obligations, and — with consent — send marketing communications about programs and events.

Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea, we rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (such as site security and analytics with opt-in), and legal obligations as applicable to each processing activity.

Contact form data is retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for active enrollment. Enrollment records are retained seven years for operational and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained per our cookie policy.

We use processors for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Some processors may store data outside Korea. When transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications consistent with PIPA requirements.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and staff training on data handling. No method of transmission is fully secure; we encourage strong passwords where accounts are provided.

Our services are directed to professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under sixteen. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for deletion.

We update this policy when practices change. The last-updated date appears at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website or notified to enrolled users when appropriate.
