Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility Overview
Refunds apply to paid enrollments purchased directly from Seabu Digital. Third-party resellers or corporate purchase orders may follow separate agreements. Consumer rights under the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, apply where you qualify as a consumer.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For online digital content not yet accessed, you may cancel within fourteen days of payment for a full refund. If you access downloadable materials or join live sessions within that period, partial charges may apply as permitted by law.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds are issued when we cancel a cohort, when technical failure on our side prevents participation, or when you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the cohort start date and have not accessed restricted materials.
4. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after materials access but before the second live session, we may refund fifty percent of tuition. After the second session, tuition is non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certification exam fees paid to external providers, travel for on-site workshops, and custom corporate deliverables scoped outside standard curricula are non-refundable once ordered.
6. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your enrollment ID and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and process approved refunds within ten business days to the original payment method.
7. Cancellations by Seabu Digital
We may reschedule low-enrollment cohorts or substitute instructors of equivalent qualification. If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer credit to another cohort within twelve months or receive a refund per section 3.

For hardship cases, contact [email protected]. Exceptions are discretionary and documented in writing. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Korean law.
